How Do I Become A Member?

Becoming a member is quick and easy. All members must be at least 19 years or over and reside in Canada. It’s free to sign up! Just click on the “Account” button in the top right of navigation menu, and select “Register”.

Who Is Eligable To Purchase On Blue Moon

Customers who are over the age of 19 and live in Canada are qualified to purchase marijuana online through our site.

Is It Safe To Buy Online

Safety is our number one priority for both patient and staff, and are happy to say we have had a zero incident rating thus far. From delivery to members receiving their designated package, both our team and members have given us a 10/10 approval rating!

How Much Is Shipping? And Can I Get Free Shipping?

Shipping costs the standard Canada Post Xpress rate. Which is calculated upon checkout depending on your location. All orders over $140.00 will have the shipping cost waived. (not including any coupons or moon miles, must be $140.00 after discount.)

How Do You Package My Shipment?

Once your order is placed, our team ensures that the product meets our top standards. We vacuum seal the contents to conceal the smell and retain freshness. Your concerns come first, so we’ll mail your product in discrete packaging to ensure the order successfully makes it to your door without raising any unwanted attention.

How Long Will I Wait For My Package To Arrive?

Shipment arrival depends on where you are located in Canada. Typically, packages are estimated to arrive at your door within two to three business days via Xpresspost. You can be assured that your order is of the up most priority when it comes to the arrival of your order.

So You Ship Outside Of Canada?

No, and there are no exceptions to this.

Are there multiple payment methods?

We are currently Only accepting payments made using Interac E-Transfers for the time being. Here is a detailed video on the entire e-transfer process if you are not familiar please click here for a quick tutorial.

Is There Tax On My Purchase?

No. taxes are paid but not in customer pricing … we have taken the responsibility of covering taxes after purchase.

What Happens If I Do Not Get My Package?

If you have not received your order 48 hours after the estimated time of arrival, contact us immediately on our website or email admin@bluemooncannabis.com. We will conduct an investigation and take the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives to you safely.

I Have Sent An E-Transfer, Now What?

Once you’ve sent your E-transfer, it could take up to 2 hours for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your E-transfer will be pending until we collect the E-transfer (when we process your order).

If we receive your E-transfer by 9:00 am PST Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day or else it’ll ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, tracking info will be sent by email.

I Am Not Getting Any E-Mail Notification? Why Is This?

If you are not seeing any emails from us after completing order, please make sure you check your junk or spam mail folder. Occasionally first time emails from our shopping platform will be sent to that folder unfortunately. We are working to correct this, and apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not seeing any messages in the junk or spam mail, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on live chat or via email.
